We really are still alive! (Picture Heavy!)

You would think that we fell off the face of the earth since I haven't posted  in FOREVER!

We have just been busy!


Lets see some of the  fun thing we have done since my last post.

Both boys had a really good time participating in track this year.


Joe finished school on the 10th of May, we have decided that going back to school is hard!  He has decided to take the summer off, and when he goes back to school in the fall he will only be going part time instead of full time, it is just too hard going to school full time, and working full time and being a dad, there just aren't enough hours in the day to get everything done.(like studying!)


Joe's little sister was married on May 11, so we were able to go down to Utah for the Wedding and Reception, it is always nice to be able to go an spend time with Family.  Here are a couple of pictures from the Wedding!

Josh had an end of year band concert on the 16th of May, he has really enjoyed being in the band, and is looking forward to being in both symphonic band and Jazz band at the High school.


Joe had an EyeMed event in Salt Lake on the 20th of May, so the girls and I went with him and spent the day with my Sister Rachel and her kids.  They had a really good time with their cousins.  We went to the classic fun center and were able to have a good time!  We were also able to visit with my mom for a while, she made some really cute bags for the girls, I will have to take a picture of them and post later!

I was able to help with Field day at the Elementary School before school got out, that was interesting.  It was going really well until my last group showed up, a couple of the boys got into a fight and were throwing punches.

The kids finished out the school year on the 24th of May.  When school starts this fall I will have two in High school, and two in Elemenary School.  How in the world did I become old enough to have two kids in High School!?

I got a new calling at church, I am a Sunday School teacher for the 17/18 year olds, it is a lot different than teaching primary!

We have taken the kids to Yellowstone, and hope to go back at least one more time before school starts up again this fall.

 I finally was able to see a real live Mountain Goat!  They really do exist!

We didn't see any bears this trip, but we still had a great time!

We went to Utah a couple of weeks ago for my Niece Mikynlee, and my Nephew Dylan's baptism. It was really nice being able to spend some time with my parents and siblings, and also to visit with Joe's family as well. We made it a long weekend, and took the kids to Hogle Zoo, and the Living Planet Aquarium.

 They have some really cool Lego displays at the Zoo right now, they were really neat!

On Sunday we celebrated Father's Day, my kids have the best dad ever!

Happy Father's Day to my wonderful Husband Joe, He is the best dad!  We are so thankful for him and all that he does for us.

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to my wonderful mom.  She is the best.  I don't know where I would be with out her.  Thank you for all that you have done for me through the years! Love you Mom!

Easter Dresses

16 Years ago

I became a Mrs.  Its been a wonderful 16 years.  I love you  forever Joe.  Happy Anniversary!

Busy Busy Busy

It has been crazy busy at this house for the last few weeks and more than likely will be for a few more weeks yet!

Jake is running track this year, so I spend a lot of my afternoon in the van running between the High School, Middle School, and home every day!  His first track meet is this Thursday and he is really looking forward to it!  He is also in a bunch of Honors Class at the High School and spends lots of time studying for those classes.  I think that he has found out that High School is a lot of work and has had to learn to manage his time better!

Joshua participated in National History Day a couple of weeks ago.  He made a website about the space race.  He is also doing the lighting and sound for the Middle School play this year, so he spends all of his time after school working on that.   He and a friend of his are also working on a project for a young inventors thing that the museum of Idaho does each year.  (this is a project that is required by his Honor's History Teacher).
He has also decided to run track, but won't be able to start that until after the play is over.

Jacey is  busy being 9 and in third grade, she really loves school.  She is a girl after my own heart and spends lots of time reading!

  Jena is a super busy 4 year old, she likes to keep me busy by making lots and lots of messes for me to clean up! I just registered her for Kindergarten today.  Where has the time gone?  It seems like just yesterday we were welcoming her into our family!

Joe is still really busy with working full time and going to school full time, we have decided that school is hard work, but it will be worth it in the end!

We thought he came back!

We thought that our bird came back to visit again today, only in the back yard this time,   Jena was so excited to see him out the window, turns out this is just a pigeon!
