I am so happy to see these in bloom, we have never had this many before, so I am super excited about it.  I told Joe it is his mom smiling down from heaven that has helped them grow this year.

Now I get to enjoy them in the house because either the wind knocked them over of the neighbor boy was walking through the flower bed and knocked them over.  I went out to the van and saw they laying on the ground. :(

Jacey donated her hair to Locks of Love today in Memory of her Grandma Burger.  I am so very proud of her, she has been growing her hair out for a very long time, and had decided that she wanted to donate it.  When Grandma passed away in February Jacey was very motivated to grow it out.  She really wanted to do this for her Grandma!

She was able to donate 10 inches, and she loves her new hair!

Last Day of 4th Grade

Last Day of Kindergarten

Today is my baby girl's last day of school, I don't know how I feel about her going to First grade in the fall and going to school all day.

Sunday Drive

We decided to take a drive after church yesterday,  here are a few of the things that we saw.  The bear is just one of four that we saw!

Last Band Concert of the school year!

Last Night was the final band concert of this school year, and the first one that Joe was able to attend.  He was very impressed with how well the band is.

We are also able to attend an art exhibit at the High school before the concert,  We were able to see how talented the student at BHS are, including our son Jakob!

This makes me so happy!

We planted an Azalea two years ago, and it died, so we planted this one last year.  I was really worried that it wasn't going to make it.  I was so happy to see it bloom this year!

Out with the old and in with the new!

We got the girls a new swing set, I think it is going to be a great investment.  It has taken a few days to get it all put together, but I think the girls are going to love it!

I think they like it!

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to my mom, because of her I am the person that I am today.  She is the best mom a girl could ever ask for.

She taught me how to love The Gospel,  and how to be a good mom.

 She has always been there for me.

I am so thankful for cell phones!

Happy Mother's day to all of my sisters.  Rochelle, Ramona, Kelly, Renee, Roberta, Debbie, Nicole, Rachel, Billie Jo, Amy,  Mandy, Sarah, Melissa and Madison.  Thank you for the wonderful examples that you are to me.  (I know all of you aren't mom's yet, but you are all special to me and deserve to be recognized).  I love all of you and am so glad that I get to call you sisters!

Last Jazz Band Concert of the school year!

I have really enjoyed going to the High School Band Concerts this year.  Here are some pictures from  the Jazz Band concert!  I can't get the video to upload bummer, let me just say that he did a great job on his solo!

Yard Work

This is how Joe and I have been spending the last few days!

I am so exited to have flowers in the yard!  The circle will hopefully have Gladiolus later this summer!

4th grade program

Today was the 4th grade program about Lewis and Clark.  It was a cute program and the kids did a great job!

Our sweet neighbor let Jacey borrow this costume for the program.

My Hero!

This is my hero!

I think that I am very lucky that we get to be together forever!

He is such a good guy, and it has rubbed off on all of our children! I got a flat tire on the way to pick Jake up from work last night, I couldn't get a hold of Joe, but lucky for me one of my neighbors drove by and gave me a ride home. I had to call and leave Jake a voice mail to let him know that I was going to be a little late picking him up because my tire blew.  When he got the message he called me and the first thing he asked me is if I was alright.
  Joe and I went back with his car, he stayed with the van and changed the flat in the dark, on a slope on the side of the road while I ran to McDonald's to get Jake.
I am so thankful for the good example that Joe is to our children!
