We had a really fun time over the Independence Day Week. We were sad that Joe was only able to spend the 4th with us before he had to head back to Idaho Falls for work.

July 5, 2012 Yellowstone.
We went to Mammoth hot springs and did a ton of driving, to find bears, and Look we did! We saw a mama black bear and her cub and then a while later we saw another mama black bear and her cub.
This dear was right across the street from where we were having lunch, it eventually crossed the street and was just a few feet from where we were!
This mama bear sent her cub up a tree to keep it safe while she was eating. Sorry it is blurry but that is what happens when I use the zoom and it goes into manual mode!
July 6, 2012 Wade Lake Montana.
We had a great time playing in the water, floating in the raft, canoeing and having a water fight with Uncle Roger! we also had a fire and roasted marshmallows while we were at the lake. By the time we got back to the cabin that evening everyone was super dirty and super warn out. All in all I think it was a success!
couldn't resist posting this picture! Look everyone DAD is smiling. I think they both had a good time! I hope that they did!
July 7, 2012
We packed up and headed home, and spent the rest of the day washing the mountain of laundry that we had due to the fact that we spend a few days away from home having a blast!
Thank you Roger and Kelly for inviting us to spend some time with you at the cabin!
